ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sales and marketing to join our team and support in the following categories:

Graphic Design

• Assist in creating visually stunning social media grids, stories, and pins that showcase our jewelry.
• Develop captivating designs with Canva for email marketing that reflect our brand's essence and inspire our audience.

Copywriting

• Craft engaging social media captions that tell the story of our jewelry pieces.
• Write compelling posts that highlight the inspiration behind our collections.
• Help pitch PR stories that elevate our brand's presence in the fashion world.

Photography + Content Creation

• Help produce high-quality TikToks/Reels and other visual content that captures the essence of RAD + RAE jewelry.
• Assist in photoshoot planning, including moodboarding and creating shot lists to ensure our pieces are showcased in the best light.

Influencer Marketing

• Source and engage with influencers who resonate with our brand's bold spirit.
• Develop and manage campaigns that amplify our reach and connect our jewelry with new audiences.

Sales Support

• Assist in managing our wholesale business, including customer outreach and order processing.
• Provide support in integrating and maintaining our Amazon shop, ensuring listings are optimized and up-to-date.

Note: This internship is unpaid and based in Scottsdale, AZ and only local applicants will be considered. While it is unpaid, we will deck you out in all the jewels, and have fun lunches + outings!

TIME COMMITMENT
You'll need to receive school credit for this internship, which typically requires around 15 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and post social media content that reflects our brand's bold spirit
• Assist with content creation
• Conceptualize and create basic graphic designs
• Support research, production, posting, and maintenance of social media platforms
• Identify opportunities for engagement and impactful messaging
• Compile analytics reports and offer optimization recommendations
• Assist with blog posts, graphic creation, and more
• Monitor social media comments and messages daily
• Perform routine platform optimization
• Support wholesale business operations
• Assist in integrating and maintaining our Amazon shop

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business major, or similar degree field
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
• Passionate about social media and up-to-date with trends
• Detail-oriented with excellent editing and proofreading skills
• Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Data-driven with the ability to connect results with goals
• Creative problem solver with a self-starting attitude
• Must have reliable transportation to our Scottsdale Showroom
