All sale items are final sale.

All jewelry is final sale.

Majority of our jewelry pieces are made to order + for hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it.

All clothing items can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags attached. RAD + RAE is not responsible for shipping costs to return clothing items.

 Shipping

Please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays).

We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses. Your items will be shipped to the location on your order.

We are not responsible for any orders that are missing when the tracking has been marked as delivered.

We are unable to cancel any order once it is placed.
